Steven Spielberg is one of the most admired directors of all time. I idolized him as a director because I like the movies he created and produced. His films are all highly imaginative and lets the readers experience what the Greek tragedy called as "catharsis." His films are relevant as it tackles
social and historical issues. Schindler's List and Saving Private Ryan are some of his best films of all time. In fact, he won Best Director for these two movies. I like Spielberg's vision in his films in spite of harsh criticism regarding his films' purpose of commercialism and not for any artistic goal.
