My favorite director, Steven Spielberg was born on December 18,1944. His surname came from the place where his Jews ancestors had lived in Austria. Although, he is of Jew lineage, he was born in Ohio and was raised in California. During his teenage years, Spielberg made an eight mm movie together with his friends. At twenty-one, he has directed and released a
theatrical play, Amblin. Clearly, Steven Spielberg was born into the life of movies as exemplified by his early interest and strong love for films as an expression of his ideals. He is also famous for films like Extra Terrestrials, Close Encounters with the Third Kind and Indiana Jones: Raiders of the lost Ark, The Temple of Doom and The Last Crusade.
